The President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), on Wednesday presided over the valedictory Federal Executive Council Meeting.
At the meeting is the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presents Health Care Reform Committee Report.
The Valedictory meeting is the last for the tenure of the president.
This is coming less than a week to as the of the president winds regime winds down.
