President Bola Tinubu has expressed his gratitude to Nigerians for placing their trust in him to lead the country, assuring a better future for the nation.
Speaking during his first media chat since assuming office on Monday, Tinubu emphasized his deep pride in the confidence Nigerians have shown in him and reassured them that he would never take his presidential role for granted.
Looking ahead, Tinubu described 2025 as a year full of promise, stressing that his primary focus is to serve the people of Nigeria with dedication. He acknowledged the struggles Nigerians have faced, particularly the ongoing economic challenges, and emphasized that his administration is committed to addressing these issues, despite only having been in office for a few months.
The president assured the public that his administration is on the right path to making Nigeria a better place for all. He called for unity and collective focus, urging Nigerians to believe in themselves and the country’s potential. He ended his remarks with a hopeful message, stating, “Tomorrow will bring a glorious dawn,” reflecting his vision for a brighter future for Nigeria.
His words, “2025 is very promising year, let me first of all thank Nigerians for having confidence in me to be the president of Nigeria. I am very very proud of that and I don’t want you to think that I would take you for granted at any given time.”
He continued, ““I am here to serve, it is all about service and I will do it with all my heart. I seek your cooperation at all the times. I seek your understanding. I understand the trouble you’ve been through, the economic problems, it’s just a few months that I have taken over the reign of this country.”
” We are on the right path, We stay the cause, we maintain focus, we share love with each other. Let us believe in ourselves and in our country. Tomorrow will bring a glorious dawn,” Tinubu added.
