Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, joined the Kano State Chairman of the New Nigerian Peoples Party, Hashimu Dugurawa, and residents of the state to break the third-day Ramadan fast on Monday, March 3, 2025.
The fast-breaking event took place at Al-Furqan Mosque in Kano metropolis, where Tinubu also unveiled a feeding programme aimed at supporting the less privileged in the state.
The initiative, part of his Renewed Hope Youth Engagement programme, is designed to assist vulnerable groups, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan.
While unveiling the programme, Tinubu highlighted the significance of social welfare during Ramadan and reiterated his commitment to initiatives that uplift the less privileged and promote national unity.
Earlier in the day, he paid a courtesy visit to Kano-based business magnate, Alhaji Aminu Dantata, at his residence. He later met with the state governor, Abba Yusuf, before breaking fast with residents at the Amani Event Centre.
