The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, in the just concluded presidential election in Nigeria, Peter Obi has felicitated the governornship candidate of the party in Lagos, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour on his 40th birthday
Obi in a statement made available through his official Twitter account wrote, “Dear @GRVlagos, on behalf of my family, and the whole Obidient family, I wish you a Happy 40th Birthday. I wish you exceeding success in every area of your life.
“May your victory in the forthcoming gubernatorial polls, usher in a new and better Lagos State which you have always desired. God Bless! -PO.”
Gbadebo, who is popularly known as GRV was once a Senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, for Lagos West Senatorial Destrict, in the 2019 general election in Nigeria.
Rhodes-Vivour, who is an Architect, was picked as the candidate to represent the party in the coming election, after winning the party’s ticket, through a primary election he won with 111, to defeat his opponent, Bashir Salvador, a former All Progressives Congress’ Chieftain, who Polled a score of 102 votes in the election that took place, August last year.
