Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar A. Namadi, has terminated the appointment of Khadija Sidi Suleiman, the Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender.
Daily Post reported that this decision was disclosed in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Malam Bala Ibrahim.
According to the statement, the termination is effective immediately, with all rights and privileges associated with her position revoked.
It directed Khadija Sidi Suleiman to promptly return all government property in her possession to the office of the Secretary to the Government of Jigawa State.
The statement read, “Governor Malam Umar A. Namadi has relieved Khadija Sidi Suleiman of her appointment as Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender, with immediate effect.”
The statement further expressed the government’s appreciation for her contributions during her tenure and extended best wishes for her future endeavors.
